Dear Educator,We are delighted you are interested in becoming a Teachbook Ambassador! The Teachbook Ambassador program is an exciting new project that will carry Teachbook to the forefront of the online education world – growing our community of outstanding teachers and developing educational resources. Teachbook is designed as a resource for teachers to share lesson plans, instructional videos, and online courses. We are looking for talented individuals, like you, who can contribute high quality content—lesson plans, instructional videos and multimedia, and other learning resources—to help us build Teachbook! How to Become a Teachbook Ambassador 1. Let us know you are interested by completing a brief form here: 2. You must be a member of Teachbook to be eligible to become a Teachbook Ambassador. 3. Log in to Teachbook. Once you are logged in, complete your Member Profile. To do this, select Teacher Community on the top navigation bar, then select My Profile on the left. Select "Edit" and "Update Your Profile". 4. Go to Lesson Plans (on left navigation) and upload at least two (2) lesson plans; OR 5. Go to Videos (on left navigation) and upload one (1) instructional video. 6. Complete the steps above by September 30, 2010. Our panel of educators will review the quality of your submission, and notify you of your selection status into the Teachbook Ambassador program by October 15, 2010. About the Teachbook Ambassador ProgramThe Teachbook Ambassador program was developed in response to the vast amount of interest expressed by educators worldwide in being a part of the site’s content. Teachbook Ambassadors will post lesson plans, instructional videos, and refer colleagues to do the same.
